Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and motivated Hybrid Remote Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting both the company's operational needs and the specific requirements of our executive team. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with a blend of in-office and remote work, and can handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and correspondence.

Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and partners, ensuring smooth operation of all administrative functions.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Collaborate with various departments to assist in the coordination of company events, projects, and initiatives.

Adapt to varying tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software tools.

High level of discretion and professionalism for handling confidential information.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role requiring travel at times in our storage and remote office but will be able to work remotely most of the time
