We are an HVAC/Refrigeration company that is growing rapidly. We are currently looking to hire a dispatcher/customer service/admin support person to join our team Monday - Friday. Must have strong customer service skills, previous related HVAC/Refrigeration experience is a plus. This can be a full time or part time remote position. We offer benefits such as medical insurance, PTO, and Paid Holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Manage phone calls with company cell phone and emails.
Create work orders for HVAC techs and dispatch to job sites.
Create estimates via Quick Books
Reach out to different vendors to order parts/equipment.
Collect overdue payments from customers and follow up.
Qualifications
High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
