Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Catering Coordinator & Front Desk Admin.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating catering orders and ensuring smooth operations

at the front desk within the corporate office. You will interact with customers, handle inquiries, process

catering orders, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the corporate office’s daily

operations.

What Primos Management Inc. is looking for:

 Outgoing personality to greet office guests and catering customers

 Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

 Neat and presentable appearance at all times

 Computer skills with extensive knowledge in Office, Google Mail, and Google Calendar

 Accounting Background a plus

 Organized and self-motivated individual

 Customer Service Orientated.Must be willing to go above and beyond for every customer.

Customer Service starts at the top and is a key factor in the food industry

 Manage catering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing prompt and

courteous service to customers

 Coordinate catering orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction

 Maintain detailed records of catering orders, including menu selections, delivery instructions,

and payment processing

 Must be able to develop catering sales plans and execute the plan accordingly with strong

communication skills to all involved.

 Ambitious. Must be willing to learn something new every day and try to be a better version of

yourself from one day to the next.

 Team Orientated.Must understand the team concept and possess the ability to work within a

team.

 Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.

 Uphold cleanliness and organization standards at the front desk area and throughout the

corporate office.

Work Hours:

 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM at the Corporate Office

 Corporate Office Location – 5839 Mission Gorge Rd., Ste. C, San Diego, CA 92120

 Starting pay is $20 per hour with the opportunity to grow

 Includes Vacation Time, 401K, 401K Match (up to 4%), and Sick Time are included with this position
