We are seeking an experienced Commercial Tenant Improvement Project Manager (ONLY EXPERIENCED TO APPLY) who is engaging, enthusiastic about their work and genuinely wants to help our Team by delivering those skill sets among our Project Management and Field Teams. This is NOT an entry level position. Experience is required.

SKILL SETS NEEDED:
The ideal candidate would hopefully possess most, if not all of the following:
Experience in Commercial Tenant Improvement construction industry for at least 5 years. (MANDATORY)
A sound knowledge of Construction in Preliminary Bidding, ITB, RFI's, RFP's, M.O.P's, L.O.T.O.'s, Project Scheduling, and other general work tasks related to the role of Project Manager.
Good PR attitude, ability to communication (verbally and written) with clients, subcontractors and other team players.
A firm grasp and familiarity with Construction Budgets and Job Costing analysis to produce billings for our Accounting Department as relative to percentage complete.
PAYSCALE:
Pay scale depends upon abilities, experience and skill sets. Full-time position.
Pay range - $104,000.00 - $120,000.00 per annum, ours per week includes benefit package - holiday pay, vacation pay, medical and dental. IRA and match programs available.
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8-4p.m (flexibility considered) at physical location, near San Diego State University. Potential candidates will be advised of address after determination.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
The Project Manager is considered part of the project management Team. Our company has been in business for over 35 years and has a very good reputation in the construction industry. We are a prime General Contractor - so knowledge of a all construction scopes is a must. We specialize in certain areas such as medical labs and clean room facilities - knowledge in these areas is a huge plus for any candidate. Our projects range from small tenant improvement to well over $1M. This position would work on all aspects of related project management duties and must have the ability to work as a team-player.
Computer skills are REQUIRED for this position at a proficient level in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook), and have a sound working with Bluebeam and Procore.
A sound construction base knowledge is needed in order to provide all levels of construction associated with this position, including, but not limited to: – RFI’s, RFP's, Submittals, Subcontractor awards and quantifying proposals, Letter of Intent, job costing analysis, M.O.P's, L.O.T.O.s, material procurement for Long Lead items, project scheduling and construction oversight.
