Client Service Representative needed for busy Facilities Maintenance Company.
Ideally we are seeking an individual with strong leadership qualities that likes to work in a team environment, communication is easy for you and you like to follow up and get things done.
This position includes a variety of tasks. Daily Functions are not limited to the following and can change daily dependent on Client requests.
Creating and dispatching incoming requests for service and estimates.
Preparing and submitting quotes.
Keeping client website portals updated and accurate.
Answering incoming phone calls.
Correspondence with customers and vendors for follow up / updates.
Applicants must be computer savvy and have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work well and maintain attention to detail in a busy & fast paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent
MS Office experience
Very strong organizational skills (disruptions can’t be avoided)
Business Hours are 6 am to 6:30 pm. Full-time shifts are available and PT shifts available within this time frame. Please include a resume and your phone number.
