Billing Department Clerk. This is an entry level position and a great opportunity for someone who has more experience. Pay is commensurate to your knowledge and skills. MS Office and one year minimum office experience is required. We can train if you have prior office and some relatable experience. Prior construction experience is a plus. This job requires a strong computer knowledge base, strong communication skills, and self-motivation.
Duties - this list is not inclusive of all duties for this position and may change as needed. This position works with the AP Clerk and Billing Coordinator. There is a new task list each day and all tasks must be completed daily.
Printing and posting POs from suppliers and technicians
Uploading invoices to client portals
Posting AR checks and ACH remittances.
This position is Monday - Friday 7:30 to 4 p m.
