Looking for Enthusiastic, Friendly, Detail oriented Multi-Tasker to maintain Supply Orders, Bind Books, Answer Incoming Calls, Job Sharing and General Office Support, and some outgoing calls. Must be able to handle and enjoy multiple priorities.
Must be able to Answer Incoming Calls in a Cheerful Manner, Order twice monthly Office Supplies, Maintain & Bind Books with a simple Book Binding System, Job Sharing and provide General Office Support. Nice balanced rhythm to work schedule.
Need to be able to work Independently with minimal supervision after being trained and keep on a posted schedule. Need to be able to listen, think and speak English clearly and work as part of a Team, as well as with Clients on the phone.
Established Mission Valley professional office. 39 hour / week, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday thru Thursday), 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Fridays) / Full Time position.
Comfortable working environment in secure Mission Valley office building. $23.00 per hour to start, will train promising entry level person.
