Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Managing calendars
Invoicing and proof-reading estimates.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Process bills.
Carries out administrative duties such as data entry, filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Inform techs of job locations.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Bilingual English/Spanish
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic to intermediate computer skills; Google docs, Gmail, Word, Excel, etc.
Exceptional follow up skills and attention to detail.
QuickBooks a plus.
Bookkeeping a plus.
Full Time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
