We are seeking a highly motivated Assisted Living Administrator to join our growing facility, where you can really make a positive impact on the team and the quality of care. We provide ourselves on offering a customer-focused caregiving experience, and you will have the chance to use your interpersonal skills to provide superior care to our residents.

Responsibilities: -

1. Quality care in an active and engaging environment for the residents.

2. Winning team culture that promotes employee excellence, growth, and development.

3. Responsible for the overall management, leadership, growth, and profitability of the community.

4. Plans, develops, directs, monitors, and supports all operational, administrative, health & wellness, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the community’s programs and services to ensure quality and consistency with company standards.

5. Financially successful community that supports goals and mission of the company.

6. Engaging sales team with outreach and community relationship building at its core.

7. Actively promotes company mission, philosophies, and values in all daily interactions.

8. Develops and maintains positive interactive partnerships with the greater stellar senior living company and the assisted living industry in general.

Qualifications: -

1. Need experience as an Administrator Senior Living/Long-term care industry.

2. Prefer Business Administration or Healthcare Administration degrees, but open to others.

3. Proven track record of success leading high performing teams in senior living industry.

4. Ability to build teams, hire and retain top talent, and build strong culture and fantastic analytical skills.

5. Ability to understand and adopt new processes, systems, and ways of doing things.

6. Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. Will take ownership of community and run it as their own.

7. Assists in the development and monitoring of General and Administrative budget.

8. Responsible for coordinating and implementing the office supply ordering system.

9. Prepare staffing schedules to always ensure adequate coverage within the community.

10. Responsible for or makes recommendations regarding the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, supervision, and implementation of corrective action for assigned clerical staff.

The specific role of the Administrator is to provide overall leadership which integrates, affirms, and advances the organization's Mission, Vision, and Four Cornerstones. Demonstrates what is expected of others. Available to meet with residents, family members, and staff. Follows through with promises and commitment. Is honest and collaborative. Inspires others by sharing the vision and goals of the organizations.
