Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeping
We are a Finish Construction Company looking for a part-time (29 hours) a week Administrative Assistant. May become a full-time job.
Management of and responsibility for running and maintaining accounting/bookkeeping system (Quickbooks online and desktop).
Support of banking activities
We need someone with experience to assist our supervisor with general office tasks.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Knowledge of prevailing wages.
Check mail, make bank deposits.
Filing.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision after training
Reliable, organized and Detailed.
Able to work in the Otay Mesa Area (92154).
