This position will have you using your customer service/admin skills in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. Successful candidate will work closely with office manager and technicians. Responsible for logistics, scheduling, project tracking, invoicing, and other administrative needs. Candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, understand prioritization, and dependable.
Key Responsibilities
Creating contracts and assisting dispatcher with daily duties.
Daily communication and interaction with technicians when assigning work. Maintain positive relations with technicians and customers
Assignment of work duties to qualified technicians to ensure adequate coverage of all service requests.
Track and report sign-in/sign-out times, assures routes are timely, and communicate service issues.
Complete and follow up on invoices; data entry
Any other duties and administrative needs, as assigned.
Organize and conduct activities to assure safe, cost-effective, on-time operating performance.
Responsible for influencing positive employee morale and quality customer service.
Qualifications
Experienced in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office – Calendar heavy
Typing speed minimum of 50 WPM
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Requires 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Computer Knowledge and ability to maintain electronic and paper records.
