Are you passionate about shaping kids' lives while sharing the love of Jesus? First Presbyterian Church of Oceanside is looking for a creative, energetic, and compassionate Children’s Ministry Director to lead programs that inspire faith and make learning about God fun and unforgettable.
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging programs for kids (birth–elementary), including Sunday School, nursery care, and preschool chapel.
Plan exciting events like VBS, Easter picnics, and Christmas celebrations.
Build and mentor a team of amazing volunteers.
Partner with parents to support faith development at home.
Ensure a safe, welcoming space where kids can grow spiritually.
What We’re Looking For:
A heart for Jesus and a passion for kids.
Leadership and organizational skills to inspire and coordinate teams.
Experience in children’s ministry, education, or both (3+ years preferred).
A talent for making faith fun, meaningful, and lasting.
