Eastridge is looking to staff Weekend Machine Operators for a client in Poway.
This would be a full time long term role.
We are looking for people who have at least 1 year of recent machine operating experience.
1st Shift: Fri - Sun
10am - 10pm
$23.65/ hour
must train for 4-6 weeks on 2nd shift Mon - Fri: 2pm - 1030pm
Job Scope:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating manufactural machinery and equipment. The machine operator will attend to any mechanical or equipment failures and is responsible for complying, completing, and verifying machine operational documents.
You will be operating machinery to make very small fine tubing.
We are looking for someone who is skilled with their hands and has excellent vision to make and inspect small tubing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with open and close daily mechanical operations.
Monitor and document environmental temperatures / conditions.
Performs preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts.
Read instructions and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards.
Remove and report products that do not meet production standards.
Reporting defects, malfunctions, or any other problem to supervisor.
Produce daily quantity requirements.
Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes.
Complete / initiate documents such as batch records that record quantity and quality of products produced.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
