The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. Their duties include checking in material received against the packing slip for accuracy. Preparing outgoing shipments by checking the product being shipped against our paperwork and packaging the shipment to make sure it arrives at the destination undamaged. Also, job duties include cleaning, organizing, and driving, . Must be able to read and follow English instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and safely lift 50 lbs.

summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting overall warehouse operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and process shipping documentation (packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels) for outbound shipments.

Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect for damages or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels of both finished goods and purchased components.

Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in reconciling discrepancies.

Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely movement of materials and finished goods.

Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory movements.

Assist with loading and unloading of materials while adhering to safety protocols.

Maintain stock of all shipping and receiving supplies.

Handle UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipping, including labeling and packaging.

Always adhere to safety practices and protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management (preferably in a manufacturing environment).

Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.

Experience using UPS WorldShip Software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal; bilingual is a plus).

Ability to lift and carry heavy items and operate material handling equipment (Forklift certification preferred).

Must have a valid Class C Driver’s License and meet insurance underwriting requirements.

1st shift: 8am-4:30pm

Must bring UNEXPIRED Government or State issued picture ID when applying.

Must be US Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)).

Must be E-Verify compliant, E-Verify-Establishes Citizenship and/or Residency Status.

Must be able to communicate English.

Must provide previous employment information with telephone numbers.

Salary ranges from $18-$20 per hour DOE, we offer vacation and holiday pay, as well as cover 100% medical and dental for the employee.
