Production Lead (warehouse)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Products may include but are not limited to small products, light sub assembly.
Receives work direction through SOPs, Work Instructions, and verbal instructions.
May be assigned to different workstations as production needs require.
Be part of a crew and assist skilled operators in performance of skilled function.
May work as a member of an assembly group that processes or assembles.
Examines components and assemblies and flags potential defects or quality issues.
May repair units that fail to meet specifications.
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub assemblies, tools, and materials.
Positions parts and sub assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub assemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Documents actions by completing production forms.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Operation of semi Auto Printex Pad printing machine
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Able to speak clearly and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
Able to work well with others; contribute effectively as a team member.
Preferred QUALIFICATIONS:
Soldering, Assembler, General Light duty Warehouse, Pick and Pack, Pad printing experience Desired Minimum Lead/Management Experience 1-2 Years in the Manufacturing Industry.
Minimum certifications/educational level:
High School Diploma
Hourly Pay Rate: $17-$22 depending on experience/preferred qualifications
