Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing the production flow, managing labor times, and continuously improving efficiency on the production floor. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in production management, experience with relevant software tools, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the setup and organization of the production floor.
Manage and optimize staff production flow to ensure maximum efficiency.
Monitor and analyze labor times to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
Train and mentor production staff to maintain high performance levels.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Utilize production management software to track progress and generate reports.
Provide detailed documentation of past experience and software used in previous roles.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Production Floor Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production flow and labor time management.
