American Metal Filter Company is a metal mesh air filter manufacturer.

As an Online Fulfillment Specialist, you play a key role in our ability to process online customer orders smoothly and efficiently. Be a part of our team that gets orders ready for our customers by selecting, pulling, packing, and shipping our products while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

1. Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2. Minimum Experience required:

Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse or similar role is a plus.

3. Skills Required:

Ability to stand 10+ hours, lift and carry packages of various sizes and weight, basic computer skills, basic math, basic literacy, communication, reliability, flexibility, attention to detail, organization, problem solving, teamwork, self-starting.

Essential Functions:

1. Check online stores for orders, both new and pending.

2. Print and prep order pack lists for fulfillment.

3. Locate and pick items from inventory based on pack lists.

4. Assemble products with materials provided from the production floor if not in stock.

5. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

6. Carefully package orders to ensure protection of product during transit.

7. Pre shipping labels, select appropriate shipping method and arrange timely and accurate shipment.

8. Update order status and tracking in company systems.

9. Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds and restocking as appropriate.

10. Collaborate effectively with team members to address any order related issues.

11. Maintain accurate records of fulfillment activities, including order details, inventory adjustments and any issues encountered during the process.

12. Adhere to all company safety regulations, including company dress code.

13. Perform all job duties as assigned by manager.

We have an alternate work schedule of Monday-Thursday 06:00am - 04:30pm

Pay Range: $16-$18 per hour

90 day probation period of 30 hours per week 06:00am - 02:30pm Monday- Thursday.

After 90 days: schedule to up 40 hours determined.

Benefits eligible after 90 day probation.
