Job Description:

We seek a dedicated person to join our production team as an Anodizing Plater Trainee. As an Anodize Plater Trainee, you'll learn the specialized craft of anodizing, a process that enhances the durability, appearance, and corrosion resistance of metal products. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing industry. You will be responsible for applying anodic coatings to aluminum and other metals, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal finishing, an understanding of the anodizing process, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate anodizing tanks, ensuring correct chemical concentrations and temperatures. Inspect and prepare materials for anodizing, including cleaning, etching, and masking processes.

Monitor and adjust anodizing process parameters to ensure high-quality results.

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of production runs, chemical usage, and quality control data.

Perform routine maintenance on anodizing equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.

Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus).

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a must

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift and carry materials up to [weight limit].

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production environment.
