Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Co-Packing employees to assist in the assembly and packaging of urgent COVID-19 test kits. These jobs involve performing manual labor tasks, ensuring the accurate packing of test kits into boxes, and maintaining quality control throughout the process. The ideal candidates will be diligent, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Employees will perform manual packing of COVID-19 test kits into designated boxes, ensuring that all components (swabs, vials, instruction manuals, etc.) are included accurately.
Conduct visual inspections of materials and packaging to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Label boxes and packages according to guidelines and ensure all necessary documentation is included.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Operate basic packaging machinery or equipment as required.
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and supplies needed for the packaging process.
Follow all company protocols for handling devices to industry regulations and quality standards.
Report any product defects or issues to the supervisor immediately.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and/or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
Prior experience in packaging or assembly, preferably in a medical setting.
Strong attention to detail and repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move boxes up to [20] pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
