Eastridge Workforce Solutions is now hiring Kitting Clerk roles in the Sorrento Valley area.
Job Title: Kitting Clerk
Location: Sorrento Valley
Shift: 1st Shift 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM (includes 2 OT hours daily)
Pay: $18.50/hr
Orientation Day - September 16th -half day only 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM
First Day - September 17th to September 29th: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Project-based with possible long-term until end of year.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and assemble components into kits following work instructions.
Verify quantities, part numbers, and lot numbers for accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform quality checks to ensure all kits meet company standards.
Label, package, and prepare kits for shipment or further processing.
Support inventory control by reporting discrepancies or damaged materials.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in kitting, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Basic computer skills a plus.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
