Worldwide manufacturer of high-quality water treatment products in North County San Diego is seeking motivated production technicians! This position is direct-hire, regular, full-time employment. We are seeking new team members who can work the following shift (shift openings are based on business need/availability):
8-hour Day Shift 1 (6 am - 2:30 pm): Monday – Friday
11-hour Day Shift (6 am – 6 pm, with two (2) 30-minute unpaid meal breaks): Rotating Shift
11-hour Night Shift (6 pm – 6 am, with two (2) 30-minute unpaid meal breaks): Rotating Shift with night shift differential pay
Job Summary:
Performs all tasks required, per work instructions, during the assembly process when assigned to include packaging, trimming and/or tube prep of spiral-wound reverse osmosis (RO) products as well as trimming and bagging products.
All applicants must have:
An ability to read, write, understand, and communicate (both oral and written) in the English language.
Basic math skills.
An ability to safely use measuring and cutting tools.
Good manual dexterity.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Awareness of the importance of attendance and good attendance records.
An experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
All candidates considered for hire must successfully complete a background check and employment health screening.
Must be able to maintain regular, reliable attendance in compliance with company policy.
