We currently need deburr and assembly technicians. Experience is a plus, but not required. If you are mechanical-minded, have a great attitude, and a willingness to learn, we are willing to train you.

Under general supervision, the Assembler will support production by assembling parts according to schematics. In addition, the assembler will be responsible for meeting our production and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the assembly of composite parts, hardware, and supporting the quality and production departments.
Working from schematics, blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions performs complex assembly operations involving a repetitive work cycle.
Performs manufacturing duties including cutting and fitting composite details and bonding details into assembly configurations.
Prepares components by washing, blasting, and sanding surface.
Carries out tasks using basic hand tools including calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, scales, and height gauges.
Carries out tasks using conventional rivet shavers, clamping, band saws, and disc sanders.
May do machine work on production and prototype parts.
May repair tools used in production.
May analyze assembly techniques, methods and systems to suggest improvements.
Will understand and support the company’s quality policy by identifying quality deficiencies and elevating any concerns.
Follow safe work practices, participate in safety training as required, and report any unsafe condition or accident.
Qualifications:
You must be a legal resident of the United States
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes for trim, and assembly of composite and metallic hardware
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
Ability to use handheld multi-meters, temperature devices, drills, and other hand tools
Ability to support stringent deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
