NOW HIRING: Customer Service Print Production Associate
(Part-Time or Full-Time Available)
We're looking for an adaptable, motivated individual to join our team! Print shop experience is helpful, but not required - we provide training.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Production Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, assisting customers with their projects from start to finish. This role involves a blend of customer service, working with digital tools and programs, and hands-on print production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Interaction:Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in-person at our front counter.
Project Management:Work with digital files to produce items such as business cards, flyers, booklets, signs, banners, and much more.
Hands-On Production:Operate digital printing machines and finishing equipment (e.g., cutting, folding, laminating). We will provide training on all equipment.
Computer-Based Tasks:Use software for layout, quoting, invoicing, and inventory management. (Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required. Proficiency with general computer applications is essential.)
Other Services:Assist with other business services, including pack-and-ship, printing blueprints, document scanning, and more.
Teamwork & Independence:Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, always with a positive attitude.
