American Modern Kitchens is looking for (2) Freelance Kitchen & Bath Designers
When we are at full capacity, we hire dedicated Freelance Kitchen designers to take and/or assist new contracts and clients. We are currently at capacity and are looking for a couple designers to help out. A fulltime position is considered for exceptional results.
Synopsys:
Compensation is per contract and can be hourly, flat fee, or commission based. Average commission for one contract is around $5,000-$12,000. Each contract is about 4-6 weeks. Multiple contracts and projects can be offered at once.
Job Description:
A Freelance Designer Contract can have many job descriptions depending on the scope of work. This may include all or portions of the following: Client PK meetings, space planning and rendering, client meetings, team meetings, client budget building, product sales and promotion, client management, project management, product ordering, outside sales, and more.
The Freelance Designer is notified of an upcoming and/or potential project, it’s scope of work, and the proposed pay whether it be hourly and/or commission based.
Compensation terms and type is per contract.
Freelance Designers must adhere to the quality, standards, and steps of services as outlined by American Modern Kitchens when in contract and report directly to the Principle Designer.
While in contract, the Freelance Designer is offered workspace and accommodations in the offices and is free to use office related equipment, programs, and supplies as needed and is considered part of the team.
