Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Designer to assist in the development of visually appealing and cohesive designs that resonate with our brand image. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Assist in the creation of visual assets for various marketing materials including promotional materials, and online campaigns.
Work closely with the Senior Designers to maintain brand consistency and ensure that all designs align with our visual identity.
Product Packaging:
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design attractive and effective packaging for our coffee products.
Ensure packaging designs comply with industry regulations and reflect the unique qualities of each coffee blend.
Digital Design:
Contribute to the development of engaging digital content, such as website graphics, email templates, and online advertisements.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices for online platforms.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand presence.
Qualifications:
Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
A passion for coffee and an understanding of the coffee industry is a plus.
