Launchify is an eCommerce company that creates brands and markets directly to our customers over the internet.
You'll be a part of taking a product from concept to massive scale. They don't teach this kind of stuff anywhere! We are working on building new brands, and want your contributions! We have grown to have dozens of workers in our fulfillment and customer service centers located across the country.
This position is for the headquarters based in San Diego, CA. Our office is a super casual environment that promotes creativity and camaraderie.

We have an immediate need for a full-time Graphic Designer! This is a position for someone who is highly creative, able to manage multiple projects, and can turn out lots of content!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing team on project concepts
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Develop product illustrations, logos, and other graphics as needed
- Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
- Select colors, font, images, and layout
- Implement feedback and changes when appropriate
- QA designs for errors
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, After Effects etc.
- Portfolio of extensive designs used in successful marketing campaigns
- Comfortable working with others and taking design direction, and coming up with your own creative ideas
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience creating GIFs rom scratch as well as animating existing assets
- Incredibly positive attitude, great sense of humor, and comfortable in a very informal work environment.
- Understanding of what works visually on social.
- Attention to detail
