Responsibilities:
- Wedding conceltations- Meet with Brides about weddings flowers
- Invoice Entry on a weekly basis
- Keep cooler full and stocked with flowers
- Monitors and takes action on a daily basis
- Creating bouquets for all occasions
- Assist in large installations
- Helping maintain the time management
- Customer service with both phones and walk in clients
- Assist with stocking and organizing items and plants
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Floral design experience (Rquired)
- Ability to interact effectively, professionally, and courteously with customers and staff
- Ability to relate to persons of all ages, diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities
- Comply with a flexible work schedule
- Personable and engaging demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to adapt to our design style
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and show initiative in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand for long periods of time
- Frequent use of hands
- Frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds
