Who You Are:
A San Diego local with a deep knowledge of what’s happening in and around the city.
You love social media and find it easy and natural to stay active and up-to-date.
Skilled in creating engaging, shareable content across Instagram and Facebook
An eye for captivating visuals and creating IG reals
Comfortable on camera and engaging with the community in a fun and authentic way (a plus!).
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while staying collaborative with our team.
Passionate about food, nightlife, entertainment, and all things San Diego!
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram and Facebook
Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and reels that resonate with our audience.
Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and interactive content.
Stay on top of local events, trends, and happenings to create timely and relevant content.
Work with our editorial and sales team to share compelling stories and features.
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Required Skills:
Experience adding thousands of followers to social accounts using authentic content and community engagement (experience can be from a personal account).
Experience with video editing for short-form content (Reels, etc).
Experience with influencer collaborations or brand partnerships.
