Hunter and Maddox International Inc is currently looking for a MARKETING INTERN at our flagship office downtown located at 1742 ½ India St The marketing intern will be designing and coordinating marketing materials for the office while assisting with other miscellaneous projects and admin work. Current Students & Recent grads are ok for this position if you have the proper software design skills.

Job Duties:
Preparing Advertising collateral for magazines, newspapers, flyers, websites, bus benches etc
Posting on social media platforms. Creating engaging/ visually aesthetic content for our audience
Creating/posting video content marketing to increase brand awareness and sales
Assisting Sales agents with miscellaneous projects – invoicing/MLS input/Showings etc.
Helping set up and documenting events, open houses, video shoots, etc.
Manage company reviews (acquire more and respond) on Yelp, Google Business, Facebook
Providing overall support to lead agents to include answering phones and covering desk
REQUIRED SKILLS:
ADOBE SUITE EXPERIENCE A MUST (ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP & IN DESIGN A MUST)
Web Design/SEO/SEM is a plus but not a requirement
Creative marketing, advertising and design skills
Social media promotion - Facebook, Instagram, Google +, Twitter, LinkedIn
Experience in using video as a tool for marketing to build our brand and increase sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fast learner comfortable with all things digital/tech
Attention to detail a must
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet a variety of deadlines
Positive and professional attitude
Work in a team environment
An understanding of the real estate industry is helpful but not required
