Are you a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality? We’re looking for a Digital Assistant to help manage our hospitality website and Airbnb bookings.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update our hospitality website with new listings, promotions, and content
Oversee Airbnb reservations, including guest communication and booking management
Respond to inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless stays
Monitor and optimize pricing for maximum occupancy and revenue
Assist with social media updates and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Experience with Airbnb, hospitality management, or short-term rentals
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in website management
Familiarity with booking platforms and property management software
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
This is a part-time position Ideal for someone with experience in the hospitality industry who enjoys digital operations and guest relations. You must live in North San Diego County to work in person in the Carlsbad area one day/5 hours a week. The booking management will be remote, and as needed.
