Expertise in TikTok and Instagram advertising

Looking to hire a part time (5hrs/wk) expert in TikTok and Instagram for advertising. We are the owners of a local business in San Diego and wanting to hire qualified highschool students (junior or seniors) or college students that want to help a local cool business be more integrated with the latest use of TikTok to attract younger customers to our brand! This would be short term at the beginning (5 hrs per week) but could lead into longer term if it all goes well!
