Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling is San Diego’s premier design-build firm, and we’re hiring a Client Care Specialist / Office Administrator who will be the friendly voice of our company and the behind-the-scenes brain that helps our sales and marketing run like clockwork.
What You’ll Do:
Client Engagement & Office Coordination
Answer phones warmly and professionally, transfer calls, and manage voicemails
Qualify incoming leads and schedule consultations in HubSpot
Greet clients and visitors and keep the office tidy and presentation-ready
Assemble client binders, prep sales materials, and assist the design team
HubSpot CRM & Admin Support
Create and maintain workflows, forms, properties, and deal pipelines
Troubleshoot and improve HubSpot processes with confidence
Track and report on lead generation and sales activity
Keep data organized and ensure smooth client handoffs
Marketing & Events
Assist with social media posts and basic content scheduling
Attend and help coordinate home shows, open houses, and community events
Represent our brand with confidence and warmth—on the phone and in person
Cross-Departmental Support
Be comfortable using AI tools to support automation and communication
Jump in to help our Design and Production teams with administrative needs
Contribute ideas and energy to improve client experience across departments
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in client service, administrative, or marketing support roles
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM required (workflow creation, automation, lists, etc.)
A polished, outgoing, articulate communicator who thrives on connecting with people
Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI tools, marketing platforms, and CRM systems
Passionate about interior design, remodeling, or branding is a major plus
Available for occasional evenings/weekends at events
Compensation & Benefits:
$24–$30/hour, based on experience and skills
