We are a boutique law firm seeking a contract attorney who has strong writing skills to assist with litigation matters, including drafting complaints and motion filings.
Preferred experience in employment and business litigation, but it’s more important that the candidate has extensive experience drafting strong complaints that tell a story, and concise, clear, and persuasive motions. Must be dependable and be able to work independently and remotely.
