We are an established, growing firm serving throughout Southern California. Our brand is quality and performance and we expect the highest standards of professionalism, speed in execution of service, and performance from our servers.
We are looking for private contractor process servers for the following areas :: the I-15 Corridor of Mira Mesa, Poway, Penasquitos, Rancho Bernardo, Escondido. Also in East County – La Mesa, El Cajon, Alpine. We also need better coverage in Pacific Beach and La Jolla.
The server we contract with must:
Be Registered and Bonded as a Process Server.
Adhere to our firm's Best Professional Practices guidelines for performance of service of process.
Be very experienced we expect out servers to perform at the highest levels of professionalism with little supervision.
Know the laws regarding service of process, including proper diligence, what is legal and what is illegal service, when and to whom it is proper to sub-serve, and so on know all of the law regarding process service.
Be able to carry out morning, evening, and Sunday attempts
Have an iPhone or Android smart phone - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our compensation to servers is high. For this we require:
Fast execution of service. 1st UD attempts made same day. Other 1st service attempts made within 48 hours, follow-up attempts made 24-48 hours.
Communication by text, email, or phone call to our Process Manager confirming every attempt and serve made IN REAL TIME AT THE TIME THE ATTEMPT OR SERVE IS MADE.
A GPS/time and date tagged photo of the service address location taken with your iPhone or Android smartphone for EVERY attempt and serve.
The ability to receive and to send PDF documents via email on your smartphone.

We pay $30 to serve a document. $10 for consecutive defendants. $10 for RUSH service. We pay extra compensation for rural areas.
