Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek is seeking a Payroll/Benefits Manager. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Process payroll (knowledge of Paylocity payroll software preferred)
Calculate wages overtime, bonuses and deductions
Address payroll related inquiries from employees
Ensure compliance with tax laws, payroll regulations and ERISA regulations
Maintain payroll records and generate relevant reports for management
Responsible for administering 401K incentive plan
Responsible for insurance billing and administering benefit plans
Onboard new employees
Handle EDD, SDI, PFL and Unemployment claims
Process Workers’ Compensation Claims
Maintain Employee Handbook
Five to ten years of prior payroll processing/benefits administration preferable. Salary range is $70,000-$85,000. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills and qualifications.
