The Stone Law Group, APC is a downtown law firm that has been serving the San Diego community since 1978. Our practice focuses on litigation in the areas of Probate, Trusts, Business and Real Estate. We are seeking an associate with at least one year of California litigation experience, including preparation of pleadings, law and motion, taking and defending depositions and making court appearances. The majority of our practice deals with Will & Trust Contests, misappropriation by fiduciaries and interpretation of estate planning documents, so Probate litigation experience would be a plus.
We provide parking, health insurance, paid vacation and end of year bonuses.
We observe all court holidays as days off with compensation.
