Job Title: Entry Level Legal Assistant - Personal Injury Firm
Location: DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO
Type: Full-time (IN PERSON POSITION)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Legal Assistant to become an integral part of our team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, including document management, filing, and drafting correspondence.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions.
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing calendars, and handling mail.
Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies and solutions for complex cases.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a legal setting or personal injury law is a plus but not required.
