About Us:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Legal Assistant to join our fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Open and close client files.
Assist with client communication and case updates.
Handle occasional court runs (must have reliable transportation).
Perform general office tasks like filing, drafting documents, and data entry.
Requirements:
Prior legal experience is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (legal software knowledge is a bonus).
Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
