Our established personal injury law firm is seeking a full-time Intake Specialist to join our team. With offices in Escondido and National City, we are committed to helping injury victims through quality legal representation and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from potential clients
Collect and enter key case information into the intake system
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
Communicate with empathy and professionalism with clients in difficult situations
Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
Prior experience in legal intake, customer service, or administrative support
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient with computers and case management software
Must be able to work in-office at either Escondido or National City location
