We specialize in workplace compliance, litigation, wage & hour disputes, discrimination claims, wrongful termination, Labor Commissioner matters, and PAGA defense. The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced California employment attorney to join our firm and play a key role in shaping our practice. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in employment law, strong litigation and counseling skills, and at least 1-3 clients who can transition to our firm. This position offers flexibility, growth potential, and a supportive environment designed for entrepreneurial attorneys who want to build a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise and represent California employers in employment law matters, including compliance, litigation, and administrative proceedings.

Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks to ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws.

Handle wage & hour claims, discrimination cases, wrongful termination disputes, and PAGA defense.

Represent clients in front of state and federal agencies, including the California Labor Commissioner and EEOC.

Develop legal strategies tailored to each client’s business goals.

Contribute to the firm’s growth by maintaining client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.

3+ years of experience in California employment law.

Strong litigation and client counseling experience.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the firm’s leadership.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a book of business or client relationships that can transition to the firm (preferred).
