Small business litigation firm seeking a contract lawyer with experience in employment and businss litigation on an as needed basis. The lawyer should have experience in wage & hour, PAGA, FEHA, discrimination, wrongful termination, and related causes of action, as well as business disputes. This is a remote position but may need to meet in person on occassion.
Duties will include discovery, legal research and writing, motions and possibly court appearances. The candidate should have very strong research and writing skils and be able to work well with our team.
The candidate should be licensed in California and have 2+ years of experience.
