We are searching for a civil litigator to support our team on a remote, contract basis. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills and have 3 or more years of civil litigation experience (including pleading and motion writing; taking and defending depositions). Experience in employment law and/or real estate law preferred.
Compensation is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
Our firm has been in business for thirty years. Our practice is comprised primarily of employment litigation, real estate litigation, and small business litigation, rounded out by family law, personal injury, and general civil litigation.
