Seeking Associate Attorneys – Litigation (San Diego)

Substantive experience with employment law, construction-related litigation, or professional liability matters is preferred. The position presents opportunities to work directly with business-owner clients on interesting matters. Candidates must possess strong analytical abilities, excellent research and writing skills, and the capacity to work efficiently and independently. An ideal candidate is a self-starter who is organized, motivated, has the ability to prioritize work, and possesses a zeal for a fast-paced, but collegial environment. Inquiries from candidates who graduated from top-tier law schools or who have judicial clerkship experience will be prioritized. Positions are open in the firm’s downtown San Diego office, but flexible work arrangements are possible.

The firm also pays for bar dues, industry membership fees, and indoor parking. The base salary range for the open associate positions is $115,000.00 - $145,000.00, dependent upon experience. The firm also offers a multi-tiered bonus structure that generously rewards both hard work and merit. Bonus potential is unlimited, but mid five-figure bonuses are routine.
