Supervise employees while performing “bags on” work when needed
Ensure schedule is on track
Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors and suppliers
Inspect work in progress to ensure good workmanship and adherence to construction documents and schedule
Attend meetings with clients, architect, designers
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
5 - 7 years Superintendent / Foreman experience in the construction industry
Trade experience required
Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide written detail such as RFI and daily reports as needed
Computer skills required: Email, MS office.
Customer service skills.
Ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
Knowledge of construction methods and OSHA construction regulations
