Alba Racing is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance parts and accessories for off-road vehicles. We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Wheel Builder/Shop Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the building and maintenance of custom wheels for off-road vehicles
Clean and organize the work area and equipment
Ensure timely completion of projects and meet quality standards
Assist with inventory management and building parts kits as needed
Work with other members of the team to ensure efficient production and high-quality results
Assistant in other departments
General shop maintenance
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
Previous experience in a mechanical or automotive environment is a plus but not required
