Position Overview
A-Absolute Construction Welding Inc. is excited to announce that we are on the hunt for motivated, skilled, and ambitious individuals to join our growing shop and field teams. If you're an experienced welder who can take direction (reading blueprints is a plus but not required) we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
A minimum of 3 years welding experience (you will be tested)
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints a plus
Confident in fabricating custom parts from scratch
Consistent, clean, and presentable welds
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Prior experience in structural steel construction is required
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Attention to detail is critical
Must Have:
Valid driver’s license
