Commercial HVAC company is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator/ Driver. This position consists of retrieving materials from various vendors and delivering them the warehouse and/ or jobsites. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all inventory while observing safe workplace rules and guidelines. This position is physically demanding, meaning our ideal candidate would be able to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 70 lbs.), in addition to possessing a valid drivers license with a clean driving record (no accidents or tickets within the last 3 years). The right candidate will value growth and knowledge as this position is the start to becoming a well seasoned HVAC Technician. Prior Warehouse or Driver experience is not required but a plus.
Warehouse Coordinator / Driver Responsibilities
Review job board daily to determine schedule and needs of department.
Keep accurate inventory of warehouse
Ensure vehicle fleet is stocked
Safely transport cargo from point A to B
Remain in communication with office team for any emergency or last minute pick-up or drop-off
Ensures warehouse remains in neat and tidy order at all times.
Warehouse Coordinator / Driver Requirements
Valid Drivers License with no tickets/ accidents in the last 3 years.
Physical ability to lift / carry up to 70 lbs.
