Significant Duties include:
Receiving and processing incoming deliveries. This will involve verifying items, quantities and checking for shortages or damages.
Selecting, stocking and replenishing materials. This will include neatly sorting, labeling and staging materials for pick up and/or delivery.
Securing occasional outgoing packages and shipping.
Organizing warehouse inventory and maintaining a clean, organized and safe working environment.
Delivering and retrieving materials to construction sites as well as picking up will-calls.
Performing regular physical inventory counts and recognizing stock needs.
Basic data entry and copying to be completed for receiving and tracking deliveries.
Impending need for operating company vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks and dollies for loading and unloading of materials.
Schedule has some flexibility, currently modeled for Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Skills and attributes needed:
Must provide proof of credentials to work in the US.
Associate will need to qualify to drive a company vehicle & have a valid driver’s license.
This is a combination of a physically met and desk driven position. Individuals must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb and descend ladders, squat, kneel and work both above head and below waist as well as sit for lengths of time.
Construction Industry knowledge is a plus and basic office/computer skills are required.
