We're searching for an outstanding individual to join our team as a Housekeeper in North County San Diego, CA. This person has exceptional attention to detail who will treat each property as if it is their own and provide the highest level of cleanliness at each property. Hours will vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs.
Job Overview
Position Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends).

What You’ll Do
The Housekeeper is required to clean properties to prepare each property for the next client’s stay. This includes general cleaning duties such as dusting, cleaning floors, cleaning/stocking bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, removing trash, washing linens, making beds, vacuuming, and removing trash.
This job will be a combination of BOTH laundry attendant and housekeeping duties. The laundry assistant will be responsible for washing, drying, and folding laundry that comes in from the company's vacation rentals. In addition, to performing laundry duties, the employee will also be required to clean the office space once a week.

Must be eligible to work in the State of California and complete a I-9 Form with qualifying documentation. You are currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time, regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist. The physical demands described here are an example of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Compensation
$23.00 per hour
Mileage reimbursement
