Are you passionate about golf and grounds maintenance? This is a rare opportunity to join the elite team at the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) in Oceanside, CA! We are currently seeking a Turf Equipment Operator to assist with the maintenance of our world-class facility, grounds, and greens.
Key Responsibilities (some but not all):
Assist in the day-to-day upkeep of TPI's premier facility and golf course greens
Operate and maintain landscaping and turf equipment, including lawn mowers, powered hand tools, and more
Ensure all grounds are maintained to the highest standards with an emphasis on precision and detail
Qualifications (some but not all):
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of landscape experience (Golf Course/Greens experience preferred)
Proven skills in general landscaping, irrigation, planting, and grounds maintenance
Advanced knowledge of landscaping and turf equipment, with the ability to mow in straight lines with precision
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors for extended periods
Flexibility to work early hours, weekends, and potentially on holidays
Must be 18 years or older
